Desert Fox Digital LLC (“Desert Fox Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates lead generation websites in the home services industry, including sites focused on water damage restoration, mold removal, and pest control services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information that visitors (“you” or “user”) provide when using our websites, submitting contact forms, or communicating with us by phone, email, or text message.

We may share your information with: Service Providers — licensed contractors and pest control operators matched to your request; Vendors & Processors — technology vendors who help us operate our websites and business (contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes); Analytics Partners — in anonymized or aggregated form where possible; Legal Compliance — law enforcement, courts, or regulators when required by law; and Business Transfers — successors or acquirers in a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

5a. Phone Calls

By submitting your phone number, you expressly authorize Desert Fox Digital and/or matched service provider(s) to contact you by telephone, including manual calls, automated calls using an autodialer, and calls using a prerecorded or artificial voice, to follow up on your request, confirm your information, schedule an appointment, or provide a quote. 5b. Text Messages (SMS/MMS)

By providing your mobile number and submitting a form, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Desert Fox Digital and/or matched service providers, including confirmations, follow-ups, quotes, availability, and status updates. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.

5c. Consent Language

By submitting a form, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Disclaimer. You consent to receive calls and text messages (including autodialed and prerecorded messages) at the phone number provided. Consent is not required to obtain any goods or services. 5d. How to Opt Out of Phone & Text

5e. Email Communications

If you provide your email, we and/or matched providers may send a confirmation, follow-ups, and quotes related to your inquiry. We do not send unsolicited commercial email. Every marketing email identifies the sender, includes a valid physical mailing address, and offers an easy unsubscribe. CAN-SPAM opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
